Terms & Conditions

Contract the BUYER is required to follow - the full contract will be sent to BUYERS:

Health - BREEDER warrants that the puppy/dog will be in good health when he or she leaves the BREEDER’s residence. The BREEDER also guarantees the puppy/dog has received age appropriate vaccinations and deworming during its life in the BREEDER’s care. BREEDER can not be held accountable to any communicable diseases, viruses, germs or parasites the puppy/dog is exposed to after leaving the BREEDER’s residence. BREEDER certifies that this puppy/dog has received his/her first round of shots.

Care / Rehoming 

Care/Rehome → By purchasing this puppy/dog, BUYER agrees to supply the puppy/dog with a safe and loving home. The BUYER agrees to take every measure to provide adequate care for the puppy/dog–including but not limited to always providing nutritious food, fresh water, safe housing and veterinary care when needed. In the event that the BUYER does not abide by these terms, BREEDER may take back the puppy/dog back into their care and the BUYER would be forced to relinquish any ownership back to the BREEDER. No Money would be refunded back to the BUYER. In the event that the BUYER can no longer care for the puppy/dog, the BUYER must be notified immediately. Under NO circumstances shall any puppies or dogs from the BREEDER be placed in a shelter, rescue or foster situation.  If the new Buyer does not spay/neuter the puppy/dog by the puppy/dog’s first birthday– the original BUYER will be at fault for breach of contract. 

BREEDER guarantees that the puppy/dog is not “At Risk” for the following genetic conditions– Degenerative Myelopathy (DM), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC) or Von Willebrand Disease Type 1 (VWD1). BREEDER can provide proof of genetic testing results at request from parentage results or personal testing done on the puppy/dog.
